As a counselling therapist, my aim is to help clients achieve their goals and create a meaningful life. I believe that developing a trusting relationship with my clients and providing a non-judgmental space can lead to transformation.

Narrative Therapy
Our personal experiences become our personal stories. These stories, and the meaning we give to them, influence how we see ourselves and the world. Narrative Therapy helps people identify their stories, and make room for alternative or preferred storylines.

Dream-Work
Dreams are a symbolic extension of our conscious thoughts. They reflect the knowledge of our subconscious, our intuitive selves. We process our life issues while we sleep, and dreams are a way to share solutions with our conscious awareness. Dreamwork brings the messages of dreams into the counselling experience. I use a step-by-step approach to help clients interpret their dreams.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is being aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Mindfulness-based strategies can help us see things more clearly and is proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, diminish the impact of chronic pain and lessen over-thinking.
